Use permit for new pizza restaurant serving alcohol in existing commercial building on a 0.58 acre parcel with small addition (185 sq ft) of storage room and office for restaurant manager. The proposal includes additional parking spaces added and exterior lighting added for patio seating on existing deck with hours of operation seven days a week from 10 am to 9 pm. This use permit will supersede entitlement for existing wine tasting room (UPE11-0050).
