Victory Station was approved in 2009 to construct 8 industrial buildings totaling 297,478 sq ft. In Nov. 2015, (DRH15-0007) requested design review with a hearing for a new 280,321 sq ft shell building on a 19.16 acre In May 2020, VOTMA and Mobilize Sonoma requested intervention in application BLD20-1060 as the proposed development was for an Amazon Last Mile Facility. We posed an argument that the uses with Amazon would be more intense than the wine warehouse originally proposed.In June 2020, a request for Administrative Design Review for new parking lot adjacent to industrial warehouse on a 3.5 acre parcel (ADR20-0039) This parking lot application was presented before the SVCAC on July 22, 2020. VOTMA and Mobilize Sonoma filed an appeal (ORD20-0010)to the Permit Sonoma Administrative Determination to not require a Use Permit for Amazon.
