46 Unit hotel. DEIR hearing has been held,PRMD is waiting for payment to proceed with the EIR (As of July, 2009).'Wolf House Inn officially nixed by county'. On August 4 Sonoma County Planners formally denied an application to build the 46 room Wolf House Inn, which would have been located next to the Jack London Village. The county's Permit and Resource Management Dept. (PRMD) decided to pull the plug on the prpoject after never recieving the funds required to complete the necessary environmental studies.
